I was privileged over the past three days to serve as a facilitator and moderator for the Postgraduate Writing Boot Camp 2026, held under the able leadership of Dr. Naa Korkor L. Watson-Nortey, Head of the Department of Communication Instruction, University of Education, Winneba.
The workshop explored key thematic areas, including AI-giarism, emotional intelligence and empathy, gender sensitivity and inclusion, research ethics and developing publishable journal articles from one’s thesis. Indeed, it was a moment of reflection, renewal and reassurance that there is great hope for the next generation of researchers and academics.
The sessions were insightful, engaging and highly participatory, fostering meaningful dialogue, critical thinking and practical learning. It was truly an enriching experience for everyone involved.
