IT IS TIME TO PLAN YOUR NEXT CAREER
MOVE!!
IT IS TIME TO LAND THAT TARGETED

Yes, it is the LAST QUARTER of the YEAR; the time of the year to PAUSE, TAKE STOCK (ask critical questions) and PLAN YOUR CAREER for the ensuing year.
As you take stock, some of the CRITICAL QUESTIONS to ask YOURSELF should be:
- What is my OVERALL CAREER GOAL?
- What MILESTONES do I have to guide/track my movement towards achieving that ultimate career goal?
- Am I on TRACK to ACHIEVING that ultimate career goal?
- Am I where I am supposed to be at this stage of my Career?
- How does NEXT YEAR feature in my career milestones?
- WHERE do I want to be by the end of next year?
As you enter the PLANNING phase, ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I adequately PREPARED for the next move?
- Do I have the RIGHT PROFESSIONAL BRAND?
- Do my current BRANDING MATERIALS (CV/Résumé, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Bio, etc.) and PROFILES befit my status/level, and do they reinforce my professional brand?
- Do I have the right KNOWLEDGE/INFORMATION and SKILL to help me reach the NEXT CAREER MILESTONE?
- Will my CURRENT BRANDING MATERIALS (CV/Résumé, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Profile, etc.) help me to reach the NEXT MILESTONE?
- Am I ready to INTERVIEW for my NEXT MOVE/ROLE?
- Do I have the SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ATTITUDE required to nail JOB INTERVIEWS?
