Such is the interest in the sector that new entrants continue to register as corporate members on a regular basis. d emphasize the quality credentials of the industry, there is a felt need to institute an award platform that will recognize excellence and spur industry players on to achieve same. It is in this regard that the Ghana Property Awards- The Nothern Sector part of (GAPOA) an NGO is putting together the first ever Awards in the nothern sector of Ghana. Objectives

To promote confidence in the real estate and property industry. To safeguard and strengthen interest of stakeholders in the industry. Please note, projects which are not supervised by a professional i. e surveyors, architects or engineers with a proof of insurance policy will be rejected by the award council
Frequency of Event The first GAPOA event was held in September 2007 and thereafter became an annual event.
