MISS ROAD SAFETY

MISS ROAD SAFETY Miss Road Safety 2011 was the maiden edition and the first of its kind in Africa and arguably in the world.

The Miss Road Safety project was instituted by Functional Keys Limited in collaboration with the National Road Safety Commission of Ghana to come up with a youth ambassador to Champion the cause of road safety in Ghana. This initiative is intended to whip up the involvement of the youth in the fight against carnage on the roads as well as to concretize women's role in road safety activism as women are known to be passionate and influencial in advocacy programmes for that matter.
