Don't let anybody use you, not even your church.
If you find yourself serving in a church for more than 8-10yrs and you don't feel any growth, then its time to leave and join another church. Yes (some people will disagree with me).

Because God is a God of Growth. Our God doesn't like a stagnant life. God wants to see you grow. There is something we say in Lighthouse Chapel International, "you cannot be here for long and not be a Shepard, a Bassel leader or a Pastor" you must have some possition and you must point to the souls you invited and kept in the Church.

As a Christian, your growth is very very important. And maybe, just maybe the type of Church you serve is hindering your growth. Maybe you have over-stayed your welcome and you need to moveout.

It will be tough but chaley its better for your sake.

Almost everyone that God used in the Bible had to leave to a new place. Abraham had to move, Moses had to move, Kind David had to move, Jesus Christ had to move to other towns and villages, Apostle Paul had to move to different countries and cities, all the great men and women of God had to move out of their comfort zones to be noticed and appreciated.

Sometimes the hidden gift in you will only be appreciated in a new environment.

Remember what Jesus said " A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country" Mark 6:4
