On Saturday 22nd April at Flair Catering, Antique Lemonade Art Gallery hosted a Vintage High Tea This was Day Two of our four days in April focusing on history, knowledge and wellbeing The two sessions morning and afternoon were wonderful. Chef George put together a menu of delicacies and quality wines from the wine boutique company Vinakoper were served.
Araba Swaniker and Patrick Masoperh conducted an amazing workshop on how to arrange flowers from your garden. It was such fun and so much laughter as well.
The star of the event in the morning was Madam Barbara Rose Akusika Baeta who graced the occasion. A small presentation about the history of Flair was shared for both sessions and guests were delighted that they could be stirring their tea with a teaspoon used by Emperor Haile Selassie.

Flair was established in nineteen sixty eight by Madam Barbara Rose Akusika Baeta. Did you know that scripture verses were embedded in the concrete on the day the foundation was being flowed? We have some amazing history in our midst.
