On April 4th, during a session of the single-party parliamentary bureau, an initiative was introduced to ban LGBTQ+ marches and related colorful symbols.

An LGBTQ+ march has never taken place in Georgia—realizing the right to assembly and expression for q***r individuals remains impossible.

Under the rule of the “Georgian Dream” party, every attempt to organize visibility-raising events in public spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals and their supporters has ended in violence. None of the perpetrators of these attacks have been held accountable to this day.

Every year, LGBTQ+ individuals are forced to leave Georgia and seek asylum in EU countries.

This law is yet another reminder of the injustice we are forced to endure and it only deepens the importance of our continued resistance.

This Saturday , the forces shaping Tbilisi’s q***r underground come together for a powerful movement.

🔥Eau De Cologne

A Tbilisi-based q***r collective, Eau De Cologne creates a safe space for LGBTQ+ self-expression, where love and emotions are embraced in every form. Known for its immersive events, it is the only sex-positive, dress-coded party in the city.

Co-founder and resident will take over the booth alongside other q***r collective residents.

An overwhelming sensation of dizziness and euphoria, is a q***r party and collective that invites individuals to explore their identities, embrace and liberate themselves.

For this special night, Hydrash resident Dolly will be joining the occasion.

More than a party, .movement is a movement—a collective of artists, researchers, and activists amplifying FLINTA* voices in Georgia’s electronic music scene.

For Women’s Day, b2b will deliver an unforgettable back-to-back set.

In collaboration with , .communal empowers the regional q***r community, nurtures emerging talent, and challenges oppressive hierarchies.

For this event, LEASH founder and resident will take over the decks to set the night’s mood.

Tbilisi’s only gay bar, , has been a vital refuge for the LGBTQ+ community, home to legendary drag shows directed by (Ain Autavg).

On March 8th, and will take the stage for an unmissable show directed by Nia.

On International Women’s Day, we reunite not just to celebrate, but to defy. In the face of violence and oppression, our strength has always come from unity—healing, and reclaiming joy as a force of change.
Over the past months, women have led with unwavering courage, pushing the movement forward with resilience and determination. This night is a tribute to them—to us—to the power of standing together.

Protests in Tbilisi have been centered around the Georgian government’s controversial decision to suspend European Union accession talks and reject EU budgetary grants until 2028. These actions, announced by the ruling Georgian Dream party, have sparked outrage among pro-EU citizens and opposition groups, who view the decision as a step away from European integration and a capitulation to Russian influence .

Authorities used water cannons with pepper spray and tear gas to disperse crowds, resulting in over 100 arrests and dozens of injuries.

We join these protests to defend the fundamental rights and freedoms that belong to us and future generations.

Together, we demand a return to the path of European integration, ensuring Georgia’s future is aligned with democracy, prosperity and the values of the European Union. It’s time to reclaim our country’s direction and secure its rightful place within the European family.
