Full confession- I used Aimee myself, and I could not recommend her more highly. She really made me feel like a bride.

Live music can elevate any ceremony, but Martin has an incredible ability to provide the perfect romantic backing track to your “I do’s”.

Martin says: “if you are attending the open day please come and say hello, and request a song which I can play whilst you look around the venue.” - how wonderful to be able to sample what your day might feel like!

That’s why wood-fired pizza is the perfect wedding evening food — relaxed, sociable, and guaranteed to keep guests smiling.

We’re Fire ’n’ Slice, serving hand-stretched, wood-fired pizzas from our vintage pizza trailer — and we’re proud to be part of the Woolas Barns Wedding Showcase.

Our vintage setup fits beautifully alongside the venue’s restored brick barns, and it’s always a pleasure catering here. The setting, the flow of the space, and the team behind the scenes make Woolas a genuinely special place to work — they understand weddings and they understand people.

We are born and bred Yorkshire, and we have been firing pizzas for weddings and events for nearly 10 years. Evening food is what we do best — buffet-style pizzas so guests can try every topping, grab a slice between dances, and keep the celebration rolling.

Husband and wife team Richard and Lorna, aka Yorkshire Games Hire have a large range of high quality traditional wooden lawn games, as well as a bespoke 9 hole mini golf course and lots of other fun and games available for hire!

Don’t their games look amazing at the front of the venue! They’re the perfect ice breaker, time filler, and get even more fun after a few espresso martinis!

We asked R+L what they think of Woolas Barn: “We’ve always found Woolas Barn such a welcoming and friendly venue, and have enjoyed supplying numerous weddings here over recent years. It has a brilliant outdoor lawn area which is perfect for people to enjoy our lawn games and mini golf course. Let the games begin!”
