Two Jays catering can cater for all types of events from small intimate do's to larger functions. We have experience in catering for weddings, christenings, funerals, birthdays, anniversaries, working lunches & children’s party’s as well as catering for hen & stag do's, and providing meals for guests at local holiday cottages & glamping sites. We have also done on event catering for motorsport eve

nts. We have a large array of menus from BBQ’s, hog roast, hot & cold buffets, afternoon teas, working lunches, pie & pea suppers, breakfasts, themed menus, 3 course meals & wedding food of all types. We have a mobile kitchen that we are also able to take to events to serve food from. We are flexible with what we can do and are happy to do bespoke menus to suit all needs and budgets. We pride ourselves on using local suppliers and good quality produce to give you a great catering experience!

They had, beef burgers, sausages, Cajun chicken, halloumi skewers, coleslaw, pasta salad, mixed salad, bread buns, raspberry and chocolate roulade and trillionairs tart, all gluten free

My staff were too busy serving the ladies at Currantberry Barns last night to get more pictures, but they managed a quick snap.
They had a 2 course meal of salmon with lemon and parsley sauce and chicken wrapped in bacon with asparagus sauce, with roast, dauphinoise potatoes and mixed vegetables, then lemon tart and honeycomb cheesecake

Saturday whilst I was partying at a wedding my wonderful staff were at Coachhouse Cottages serving a 3 course meal to a group staying for the weekend.
Pate with caramelized onion chutney, vegetable gyozas with teriyaki sauce, belly pork with Yorkshire pudding, Cajun sweet potato roulade with tomato sauce, Honeycomb cheesecake and Eton mess were on the menu for them

A busy night at the yacht club last night, glad I had a couple of helpers with me! A few pictures of what we served, the special was a stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon with roast potatoes and veggies, the salad was a Cajun salmon salad with a dill sour cream dressing, the desserts were a chocolate Bailey's brownie mousse and mixed berry sundae
