My mum told me this morning that today is the ninth anniversary of the opening day of Glory Days. Little could I have dreamed that the business would have grown and evolved as it has, and that I'd have moved to much bigger premises and be employing three amazing ladies nine years later! The tears, the exhaustion, the aching knees from cutting out fabric on the floor, the 70-hour working weeks, the mental meltdowns, they have all been worth it. Man, what a ride it has been.

It seems like the opportune moment to close this chapter, so this will be my last official Glory Days post. (For those of you not already in the know, we're merging the two sides of my business and rebranding the whole under the name ). Tomorrow we shoot the next collection for Rolling In Roses and we could not be more excited to show you all the new designs! So hop on over there for behind-the-scenes action and peeks of the new pieces.

I want to say thanks to each and every bride who has come along with us on this crazy journey. It's been an honour and a pleasure to make your dream dresses a reality! Goodnight Glory Days, it's been emotional. Here's to more glorious days ahead.

Not long now until we finish up changing everything over from Glory Days to Rolling In Roses and our new chapter begins! So if you're not already following head over there now my friends. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For those of you not already in the know, we're merging our shop (Glory Days) and our design label (Rolling In Roses), and rebranding everything under the RIR name. So it's a fond farewell to Glory Days, but in essence all that will change is the name. We'll still be providing the same impeccable service, the same dreamy couture designs, and it's onwards an upwards from here! It's been a hell of a ride so far, and I just can't wait to see where the road ahead will lead us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

*REAL BRIDE*
Sadly this is not from the past year, but from a couple of years ago when weddings were actually taking place and we were blissfully unaware of how lucky we were! One of our forever favourites, here we have Rolling In Roses bride Jenni, captured by the lovely . Interested in our collection? We're launching a new luxury try-at-home service in the coming weeks; watch this space or drop us a message registering your interest. Last-minute elopement or micro-wedding? We have instant options available to take away on the day of purchase from our sample rail or vintage collection. We can accommodate rush orders for any dress and/or alterations, and ship any dress anywhere in the world straight to you. Not sure what you might want yet but keen to start looking and planning? Get in touch about a virtual appointment so we can show you our collections in a private video call!

My friends, the time has come to announce something we've been working towards for a while now. I am absolutely goddamn delighted to declare that we are going to be merging the two sides of the business and Glory Days will be re-branding to become the flagship store for our very own design label Rolling In Roses!!!

We will still be providing the same personal impeccable service you've come to know and love from Glory Days, but we're leaving the vintage collection behind and are focusing fully on our Rolling In Roses gowns. So, we'll be the same people, same location, and the same couture quality dresses, but more stylish, streamlined, and specialised than ever before!

If you don't already follow Rolling In Roses head on over there now, as during the coming weeks we'll be transitioning to that account and winding things down on the Glory Days feed. I am SO excited for this new chapter in the business, and can't wait to take you along with us as our adventure continues!

What a rush this whole thing has been. Glory Days was dreamt up in a day, started on a whim, and founded on blind hope and happy naivety. I never even imagined it would end up the business it is today. Dream big, everyone, you never know what might happen.
