One of the most important and invaluable things you can do to avoid stress and confusion during your wedding weekend is to make a wedding day schedule ♡

Providing a timeline for your bridal party, suppliers, and your guests with all scheduled events and key timings will keep everyone on the same schedule.

It might sound like overkill, but including every last detail will make sure there is zero confusion about what is happening when it’s happening, and where everyone is expected to be throughout the day.

When you hire us for our On The Day Co-ordination Service we provide you with a detailed timeline of the schedule of events, including the set up the day before, and from the moment you wake up on the morning of the wedding through to the end of the night when your guests depart.

We forward these details onto all your suppliers so they know where they need to be and when ♡

And that’s me officially out of the office for Christmas 2025 🎄🎅🏻

We’ll be back to planning and consultations from Tuesday 6 January 2026!!

It’s been a jam packed year of beautiful weddings and parties (our 13th year in business - not so unlucky) and I’ve celebrated entering a new decade too - who knew turning 40 would be so much fun!!

Now it’s time for a well earned two week break filled with festive food and chocs, lots of fizz, outdoor winter walks and spending quality time with the family ♡

Christmas is on the way and things are now slowing down here. Quality Street and mulled wine are now part of the staple diet.

It’s been all systems go behind the scenes since our last event in September. Planning and supporting with our 2026 clients and doing those not so exciting admin tasks.

This week, I’ve also completed our final consultation for the year - consultations will begin again in January, lots of key dates still available for 2026 and 2027 but Summer months are booking up ♡

I will do a little 2025 round up before the end of the year as we have had sooooooo many beautiful weddings, and they deserve their spot on the grid, ah this year has made my heart sing!!

I’m just going to leave you with this gorgeous pair J&A. This wedding was so much fun and had THE BEST bride and groom entrance I’ve witnessed. I will be sharing some behind the scenes of this colourful wedding next week, but here’s a little taster. I truly have the best couples ♡

𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬…

Every one of my couples have their own unique and personal style which is why weddings are so special and unique! No wedding is the same and it is due to those significant details that you put in. From the signature cocktail to the homemade favours; from the colour of your candles to the cake topper and from the processional music to the table names. There are so many elements on your day that are important to you both as a couple.

Each wedding is as a reflection of you both. I love getting to know my couples throughout their wedding planning journey and to see first hand what their day means to them and their loved ones. I help deliver a day full of fun and personality that is all about you.

As a planner and wedding co-ordinator, I take time getting to know my clients and listening to their desires and ideas about what will make their day special to them. On the BIG day itself, I make sure that all those little details are incorporated and put seamlessly in place ♡

You’ve meticulously planned your wedding down to the tiniest detail but the one element you cannot have any control over is the weather ☔️

Whether (or should it be weather) it’s rain or shine during your day - when I co-ordinate your BIG day and you have outside elements planned, I always have a back-up ‘bad weather plan’ up my sleeve ready to execute at the last minute and I always have an umbrella or two in my kit ready to hand out if needed ♡

Wedding planners can think on our feet and can quickly adapt to ever changing factors- It’s one of our many skills we have at our disposal for our clients. We work closely with your suppliers such as your photographer to ensure that if there a huge down pour during your photographs we can adapt your timeline so that it is more flexible if you need to pop in and out for photos through breaks in-between showers. We will help with the timings and manage the day so that you don’t have to worry.

And sorry ladies, planting a sausage in the ground the night before doesn’t work ♡
