Coneysthorpe Village Hall

£1225.52 was raised by the good people of Coneysthorpe last Sunday at our wee Fete. We have to give huge thanks to all those who contributed, from running the bustling cafe to supervising the coconut shy, especially considering the heat! To many folks to name here - if you’re in the Coneysthorpe Village Hall group you’ll know who you are!

There are more kids than ever here now, and the green is active most evenings. This makes this place even more joyful and many of them volunteered to get involved. They really got stuck in, working hard, behaving impeccably and not a tablet in site …

So once again sincere thanks to all and looking forward to next year- any ideas most welcome to make this an even better annual bash x

Huge thanks to Jonny Pulleyn for organising the excellent restoration of our memorial. The fencing timber is still to be replaced, but so far he’s made a huge difference to it’s appearance!
