Last Friday, the Frango Eduardo team had the pleasure of catering a delightful evening in Hovingham, celebrating the very best of locally sourced produce, expertly barbecued cuisine, and warm, professional service.
Guests enjoyed piri piri chicken thighs, rosario chorizo, and grilled halloumi, paired with our fresh tomato salad, zesty Frango slaw, grilled veg and batatas bravas. A perfect balance of bold and bright flavours!
Dessert featured a taste of Iberia: pastéis de nata and Basque cheesecake, finished with juicy strawberries.
Our team delivered exceptional food, flowing drinks, and service with a smile, encapsulating the true essence of Frango Eduardo. It was an honour to cater for such wonderful guests!
