💐 A big thank you to this wonderful group of ladies! 💐

I had such a lovely afternoon on Tuesday running this Autumn wreath workshop — full of laughter, creativity, and plenty of hot glue moments! 😅

It was a real joy to share some of my floral tips and tricks and see everyone’s unique styles come to life. The finished wreaths were absolutely bloomin’ gorgeous — full of colour, texture, and seasonal cheer 🍂✨

Workshops like this are exactly why I love what I do — connecting through creativity and watching confidence blossom one petal at a time 💕

💐I came across this photo from the summer and it made me stop for a minute.

💐Me — sat in my little workshop, surrounded by flowers, chaos, and calm all at the same time

💐People often see the end result — the kits, the workshops, the smiles — but not always the why.

💐My business isn’t just about flowers. It’s about values. It’s about mindset. It’s about rebuilding yourself when life knocks you sideways, and finding peace in something as simple as colour, texture, and a bit of creative mess.

💐I’m a big believer that wellbeing isn’t shameful. It’s not weakness — it’s awareness, honesty, and the courage to keep showing up. Some days are hard, some days you have to push through, but every day you can choose to grow

💐I can’t change my past — none of us can — but I can control how I move forward. That’s what drives me, both in life and in Follow Fleurs Forever.

If you take anything from this, let it be this:
