I'll be exhibiting at the Caerphilly Business Expo next week with Follow Fleurs Forever! 💐
As a creative wellbeing business, I'm looking forward to connecting with local businesses, venues, organisations and community groups from across South Wales.
Throughout the day I'll be showcasing how floral crafting can be used to support wellbeing, creativity, team building and community engagement through:
✨ Creative wellbeing workshops ✨ Venue experiences ✨ Bloom & Sip events ✨ DIY floral craft kits ✨ Seasonal workshops and activities ✨ Sustainable floral crafting
I'll also be demonstrating some of our creations throughout the event and sharing information about how Follow Fleurs Forever can work alongside businesses, community projects, wellbeing initiatives and event providers.

Hey Guys,
Back to reality after the Bank Holiday… meanwhile I’m in the studio looking like a windswept floral goblin in 32° heat trying to build workshops, kits, content and wreaths with a fan blowing directly into my soul 😂🌸

But honestly… I wouldn’t have it any other way.

One thing I’ve learnt recently is that people don’t just want “products” anymore — they want experiences, creativity, connection and a reason to switch their brain off for a while.

That’s exactly why Follow Fleurs Forever exists 💛

So while the studio melts around me…

Full day of legally marrying people today in my daytime job 💍✨📖🖋👰‍♀️🤵💐
…but I couldn’t resist sharing a little floral Bank Holiday joy for this gorgeous sunny weekend ☀️🌸
This special birthday make was created for my daughter and honestly… I think the bright colours match the mood perfectly 💕

An early start this morning for a fantastic Caerphilly Business Club networking event at The Meadows Wildlife Park.
It was brilliant hearing updates on the current business funding opportunities available across Caerphilly, alongside the continued support being offered to local businesses and entrepreneurs. The room was packed with inspiring businesses, and I was incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to introduce and pitch Follow Fleurs Forever 💐💕
After the meeting, we were treated to a lovely tour around the wildlife park at 9am — definitely not your average networking morning! 🦙🐾 (which as you can see I loved!!!Specifically "Barry White" The Peacock!!)😍

The day then continued at WIBN Caerphilly, where once again the atmosphere, encouragement, honesty and support within the group reminded me exactly why networking matters so much.
One thing that really stood out today was the conversations around the misconceptions people face within their businesses and industries. Mine has always been (You work with flowers, so you must be a florist) 🙄 It’s reassuring to realise that so many business owners are navigating similar challenges whilst still showing up, growing and supporting others along the way.
Days like today genuinely leave me feeling motivated, inspired and ready to tackle the ever-growing to-do list.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in both events today — Caerphilly really does have an amazing business community 👏

A very important post amongst all the flowers and fluff today 🤔💐
🌸 Please actually read this one 😂

Recently I was asked whether Follow Fleurs Forever was moving into Art Therapy… and honestly, it opened up a really important conversation 🤔
The simple answer is no — I’m not a therapist, and I would never claim to be.
What I am passionate about is Therapeutic Art through floral crafting, creativity, colour, and mindful making.
There’s a huge difference.
Art Therapy is a clinical profession led by trained therapists to support mental health treatment and trauma healing.
Therapeutic Art, on the other hand, is about using creativity as a gentle wellbeing vessel — a way to slow down, reconnect, distract busy minds, express emotions, build confidence, and simply breathe for a while.
That’s where Follow Fleurs Forever sits 🌸
I truly believe wellbeing looks different for everyone.
For some people it’s running. For others it’s gardening, journaling, music, painting… or floral crafting.
Flowers just happen to be my vessel 💕
Through colour, creativity, and mindful floral workshops, I simply want to help people create, pause, connect, and bloom again beautifully.
And honestly? In a world that feels constantly overwhelming… I think we all need more of that. 🌸 Be-calm Busy Brains By Bloomin💐😍
