Fabulous night at on Saturday, when we had our Beau Thai Supper “Dine & Disco” event - a new concept for this year.

With lots of sparkles and bow ties in evidence (as well as a random kilt & sporran combo!), our well dressed guests were treated to a very tasty two course meal (thanks Jakub from eat_away_catering) in the wonderfully appointed Wren Hall, and were then encouraged to move into our “nightclub” area and get onto the dance floor to strutt their stuff courtesy of the silent disco. This proved to be a massive hit for all involved and was an experience to be remembered (and maybe repeated!).

Our thanks to all those involved in the planning and ex*****on of this wonderful event.

Saturday 6th December should hopefully be in your diaries for the Wren Hall Christmas Fair …but if not, here’s a taste of what you can expect. Entrance is free, refreshments are available in the form of mulled wine, hot chocolate and warm mince pies plus there’s the opportunity to see the best of local crafters and artisans and their produce - ideal for a Christmas treat for you or a loved one. We will be open from 10am until 4pm so why not pop along??

Last chance to take advantage of early bird pricing for the ever popular Christmas Wreath Making sessions at Wren Hall on Friday 28th November. The Bakers of Wroxall cookbook is a wonderful compendium of recipes from our local bakers. Some are family favourites and some are treasured recipes handed down through the generations which have their own special twists! It’s the last Sunday Teas of the season this Sunday at Wren Hall and the team from Wren Hall will be on duty baking cakes and serving tea. Come and join us between 2pm and 5pm…..we look forward to seeing you!!
