MEET THE TEAM

Hi, I’m Grace!

I’m the Drama Teacher on Wednesdays, lead the Casting Class and teach Musical Theatre and Drama Home Education classes – and I’m absolutely loving it!

My Training:
My journey in performing arts began right here at Bitesize, where I completed my Level 2 and 3 BTEC in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre). From there, I went on to study Musical Theatre at LIPA, and later completed my training in Acting at ArtsEd.

Favourite Musical: Mrs. Doubtfire

Favourite Snack: Strawberries dipped in melted chocolate – the dream combo!

The Best Thing About Bitesize:
Bitesize really is one big, crazy FAMILY. I love that the same values and supportive environment I experienced as a student are still very much the same. It’s such a safe and encouraging space, that truly helps young people grow in confidence.

Bitesize Youth Theatre

Bitesize Youth Theatre recently celebrated it's 25th Anniversary.

We are a not for profit community theatre for kids aged 3 to 21. With a distinct family feel we have a dedicated staff of caring, professional DBS checked directors and choreographers. We are all inclusive of kids with special/additional needs and have a support staff on hand to help. Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre classes for 3 - 21 year olds plus lots of extras - a chance to do qualifications in BTEC Performing Arts, perform in full scale musicals and end of term shows as well as festivals and competitions plus a chance for ADULTS to get involved backstage or as part of the adult singers group on a Monday evening.

We also have a successful Acting Agency providing kids and adults for TV , film and Theatre acting work. We are currently working with Lime Pictures and Netflix.

A note from Patrons Emma reeves TV and Theatre writer and Dave Willetts West End performer: “I am delighted to be joining Linda Griffiths and her staff and students in celebrating twenty-five years of Bitesize. Having now been a patron for many years, I remain deeply in awe of the scale and diversity of the work undertaken by this one small company. Amongst other things, Linda and her team take professional theatre productions into schools; work with students to pass nationally accredited exams; provide regular tutoring including short and long-term workshops; produce youth theatre productions and act as professional agents for young people. Whether you’re seeking a career in the business, or just want to experience the fun and discipline of training, Bitesize can help you. As a young person growing up in Wrexham, the worlds of professional TV and theatre seemed impossibly far away. I was lucky enough to know Linda in those early days, I know that if Bitesize had existed when I was a child, I’d have been desperate to take advantage of all the opportunities it offers. It’s so important that we have inclusive companies like Bitesize helping to ensure that all young people have value and deserve to be heard. I am privileged to be associated with this group and its talented and dedicated members.” - Emma Reeves.
