About Us........

Dragon Dinners is a Meals on Wheels service that provides hot meals to over 55's who are unable to prepare a meal due to physical, mental or sensory impairment and Carers across Wrexham and Flintshire.

Dragon Dinners is a Business built on strong values and ethics and aims to offer choice and a viable alternative to a commissioned care package or a frozen ready meal.

The Co Founders of Dragon Dinners have significant experience of working within Adult Social Care and aim to deliver more then just a hot meal. With years of experience in supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, Dementia and other degenerative conditions Dragon Dinners is able to offer bespoke additional services at no additional charge.

The majority of our deliveries are to the doorstep but for those requiring a little more time and support our staff are able to plate up meals in individuals homes and offer prompts to eat. We also work closely with our customers families and Carers and take a genuine interest in promoting and maintaining their wellbeing.

As a Business built on values we do not believe in charging extortionate prices for what we view as an essential service. All of our main meals are priced at £5.65 and include a dessert. We are also able to add on 'Tea Time' Packs at a small additional cost.

Our Meals are cooked fresh daily using produce sourced from the local butcher and greengrocer. We take pride in our home cooking and baking and aim to serve food that is at least to the standard that individuals would cook for themselves if they were able. We don't offer 'a la carte' or 'fancy' meals but we can guarantee that no one goes hungry with our traditional healthy portions sizes.
