Another incredible event at Performance Marketing Unlocked with Haymarket Media Group, where we delivered a full AV setup, custom staging, mounted screens with relays, and striking branding, all designed to thrive in the bright, open space of the Business Design Centre.

This year, we went even bigger, delivering five conference spaces designed to tackle the challenges of ambient noise and natural light in the open venue. We supplied a network of LCD screens, a smart, cost effective alternative that ensured crisp visuals throughout the space.

The Setup:
👉 Main Stage / Stages 1 & 2 - A 22m seamless printed backdrop with our new 85” LCD screens, designed to split for breakout sessions.
👉 Stage 3 - Centrally located in the exhibition area, doubling as the after party stage, featuring a 9m x 9m x 4m box truss for lighting & sound. A mix of PA and silent headsets kept audio clear in the open space.
👉 Stages 4 & 5 - Two smaller, fully branded presentation spaces.

It was great to support the ESDR by supplying 30 ePosters and 10 interactive presenter stations with integrated PA for their event at the Beurs van Berlage in the Netherlands.

We were thrilled to support the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) 2024 at Birmingham’s ICC, supplying 50 ePoster terminals for visitors to explore throughout the event.

Working with TFI Lodestar, we integrated BSG’s own software into our ePosters, using hidden laptops to power the content and wireless keyboards mounted on swing arms to create a smooth, interactive experience for delegates.
