***BOOK COMPETITION HELP***
We have been inundated with fantastic entries and now have the top 20... but a few are missing the child's name!! Help us find them as one talented local writer will win the chance to have their story idea developed into a real book.
The top 20 will all receive their entry framed and the top three will receive extra prizes thanks so our friends at The Cotswold Book Room. We couldn't be happier about how this has turned out - we just need to find a few of these talented local creatives.
The judges met to discuss the entries last week (see pictured) to decide on a winner. The panel included award-winning children’s illustrator, Seb Braun, Hilary Murray Hill, Chair, Hachette Children's Group, Emma Dangar and Poppy Lamb, KLB A-Level students who study English Literature and Graphic Art respectively, and published writers Fred Hulls and Jeremy McGovern. The winner will be announced at 3PM at the Long Street Summer Social on 30th August.
