We are looking for someone who:

* 🔨 Trade Basics: Basic carpentry, roofing, or masonry skills + a drive to learn.
* 🧰 Tool Savvy: Experience with hand and power tools is a big plus.
* 🤝 Team Player: Works well both independently and in a crew.
* 📐 Sharp Eye: Highly organized with great attention to detail.
* 💪 Hands-On: Fit for manual labor (lifting up to 20kg).
* ⚠️ Safety First: Strong commitment to on-site health and safety.
* ⚡ Bonus: Any fabrication or electrical experience is a plus.
* 🚗 Mobile: Valid UK driving license and willing to travel between sites.
