I'm still a little bit in shock, but so incredibly grateful to share that I've been shortlisted as a finalist for the Inspirational Women in Property Awards in the D&I Champion of the Year - Financial and Professional Services category. 💜
This one feels really special.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I care about creating spaces where people feel welcome, valued and able to be themselves. Whether that's through my role at Workman or through Wotton Pride, it's never been about awards or recognition, it's always been about people, community and making a positive difference.
Wotton Pride has shown me just how much can happen when people come together with kindness, openness and a shared belief that everyone deserves to belong. I'm so proud of what we've built together, and so grateful to everyone who's supported the journey along the way.
To be recognised in this way is a real honour, and I'm sharing it with everyone who has encouraged me, worked alongside me, volunteered their time, cheered us on, or simply shown up. Thank you. 💜
