I’ll be at Wotton Pride this Saturday with flowers, colour and lots of love 💜🧡.

Alongside my usual bouquets, I’ll also be selling some special rainbow Pride stems and Pride bouquets created in memory of our beautiful Milli 🌈.

Milli loved colour, joy, music and making people smile — so it felt only right to celebrate Pride with flowers in her honour.

Amongst all the hustle and bustle of running a business and getting swept up in day-to-day ‘life’ - this little bit of a review absolutely made me SMILE and stopped me in my tracks on Wednesday! How wonderful 🥰 it makes the late nights and early mornings so worth it! I’m so chuffed!

🌿✨ SUMMER LIVING WREATH WORKSHOP ✨🌿

Despite the absolutely biblical rain on Tuesday and all getting slightly soggy 😅☔️)… we still created these BEAUTIES this week and I’m honestly so proud of everyone 🫶🏻

Using living campanula, ivy, moss, seasonal foliage, oats, textures and ribbon, everyone created something completely different — and that’s my favourite bit. No rules, no pressure… just creating something beautiful 🌿💜

Thank you to everyone who came along, got stuck in and trusted the process (and ignored the weather 😆).

✨🌸 A celebration of a beautiful life 🌸✨

On Friday 22nd May we said goodbye to our beautiful Milli. And what a goodbye it was 🩷❤️🧡💛💜💙🩵💚

There were tears – so many tears – but there were also smiles, stories, laughter and the kind of love you could feel in every corner of the room. Bright colours everywhere, exactly as she would have wanted. No dullness, no grey… just colour, warmth and love.

It was an absolute privilege to create the flowers for someone so loved. Every stem chosen with Milli in mind – bright, bold and impossible to ignore… just like she was.

A huge thank you to Paul, Tania, Zane, Ali and Lyla for allowing us all to celebrate her in such a personal and beautiful way. You were incredible. And thinking too of Emily, Maryanne, Lauren, Fred, Jeremy and every single person carrying a little piece of Milli in their hearts right now.

And then afterwards… one almighty singsong at The Royal Oak. Exactly the sort of send-off that reminds you that grief and love can sit side by side (who says you can’t have the Spicegirls played at your wake!).

This isn’t the end of showing up for this family. We’ve got more fundraising ideas bubbling away to help support Tania and the family in the months ahead.

🌸🌼🌺 MILLI 🌺🌼🌸

Our beautiful Milli is taking her final journey past her beloved bistro on Friday, 22nd May on her way to Westerleigh. Please, if you can, line Wotton with your presence and be as bright and as colourful as you can - she would have loved that 🌸!

For Paul, Zane, Tania, Emily, Lauren, Maryanne and ALL who know and love Milli, we all know Wotton does everything SO well 🙏🏻🩷💜💛🧡🩷💙🩵💚

A celebration of Milli’s life will be held on 22nd May, and all who knew and loved Milli are welcome.

Milli will leave Grimes & Goscombe on the Chipping at 12.30PM where she will pass Good Food Kitchen on Long Street, and it would be wonderful to see you out on the street.

From Wotton, Milli will the move on to Westerleigh Crematorium (guests to arrive by 1.15PM) to say a final goodbye.

After the service, we’ll all come together at The Royal Oak to raise a glass from 3PM and remember our friend.

Good Food Kitchen will be closed that evening to allow Milli’s teammate friends to celebrate Milli’s life with her family and loved ones.

🌸 Ellie and Dave 🌸

Back in March, the absolutely gorgeous Ellie & Dave got married at the beautiful Kingscote Barn… and honestly? What a dream this wedding was from start to finish 💙✨

When Ellie first got in touch, she was actually thinking about having faux/dried flowers. But as we chatted more about her vision — soft blues, blush pinks, fresh whites and those gorgeous spring textures — she decided to take the leap into fresh flowers instead… and OH I’m so glad she did 🥹

The flowers ended up feeling so romantic and full of life; delicate delphiniums, blush roses, spring textures and soft movement everywhere you looked. That bouquet absolutely belonged in Ellie’s hands 🤍

But more than the flowers, Ellie was just SO excited throughout the whole process. Every message, every idea, every little update made me more excited too 🥹 She was an absolute joy to work with and somewhere along the way, I feel like we genuinely became friends — which is one of the loveliest parts of this job.

And can we just take a moment for Dave’s reaction seeing Ellie walk in?! 😭💙

Thank you both for trusting me with such a special day. It was an honour to flower your wedding and be a tiny part of your story.

Wishing you both a lifetime of laughter, adventures, happiness and lots of reasons to keep buying each other flowers 🌿✨
