We may be taking a small break for the festive season but the wedding and event hire part of the business is still taking bookings for 2025 and beyond.

We have over 300 colourful funky chairs in our warehouse patiently waiting to do their thang and help you celebrate in style, whatever the occasion.

B E Y O N D happy with this gorgeous new little studio all branded up now and ready to trade 🥰

Thank you to all who have helped us get to this point, especially Mr Gallis who always has the vision, and saw the light - taking it from a tired (but loved by the community) old sweet shop to a funky and fabulous studio.

who has taken our old brand into the 24th Century with a whole new look and feel and creating not only a new name and logo but giving out ethos and mission statement love and attention. We are incredibly proud of what Purple Door Props was, but now it feels like it’s got a swanky new velvet suit and is ready for a disco 🪩 Thank you Vicky. There is no one else who we would have trusted to look after this little business.

Thank you to the fabulous team at who have not only been patient with us through the process (we did not anticipate what was lurking under our old signage and old shop front) and lovingly taken ‘s creations and brought them to fruition. We have used them twice now and would absolutely recommend them to all our local business friends.

So, we are open! Not only will this be a base for us to work from but we can now properly offer off the shelf chairs and products for you to do your own sustainable up cycling projects. Why not pop in and be inspired?
