How was this THREE years ago?! ✨
Throwing it back to the moment our Events Team took home Best Events Team for the South East, and then went on to win Nationally the following year.

Our third national win… still gives me goosebumps. 💛

That night I was invited to join the judging panel, and honestly, I adore judging even more than entering. It’s such a privilege to read each venue’s story, the heartfelt words from couples, and to witness how our beautiful wedding industry continues to evolve year after year. It’s empowering, inspiring, and endlessly heart-warming. ✨

Tonight, we’re back for the South East Regional Finals and I can’t wait to see everyone, to celebrate, support, and cheer on friends and colleagues from across the region.

Here’s to growth, to community, and to the magic this industry creates. 🥂

COLOURS.... I always ask every couple what their colour board looks like for the big day — not because I’m planning to join the wedding party (promise!) but because, let’s face it, it’s a bit of an occupational hazard that I’ll end up in a few of your photos 😅

So when G&P sent me their beautiful colour palette, I was thrilled to see I already had the perfect dress to match! 💃✨

✨ Double Entrances… YES PLEASE! ✨ I LOVE LOVE LOVE it when couples each make their own entrance, because your wedding day should be all about the two of you. Two people, wildly in love, ready to take the next step surrounded by their favourite humans.

So when I suggested they both make an entrance, and they agreed....it was music to my ears! 🎶

Scott and Jade absolutely nailed it. With their best men (and keen darts players!) leading the way, they strutted down the lavender aisle and “air threw” a dart to kick things off 🎯 Then Jade followed, arriving through the roses on the arm of her dad, with Phil on the piano, and honestly… not a dry eye in sight.

The best bit? The guests had NO idea it was coming (neither did the ushers until the morning). Scott high-fived his way down the aisle, and the photos are just chef’s kiss 👌✨

We had Corrine as the celebrant for our special day last week.

From the very first time speaking to Corrine, and then every meeting, email, phone call, what’s app after that, we knew our ceremony was in perfect hands.

Her wording for the love story summed up our whole lives, she captured our love perfectly, professional yet so personal, it really didn’t feel like she was ‘just doing her job’ it was like she really cared and wanted to know everything about us.

The whole experience was faultless. I knew from the first conversation she was perfect for our day and she really was!
