As summer draws to a close, I can’t help but reflect on what a beautiful (and busy!) season it has been! 💐☀️ From dreamy weddings filled with colour and texture to creating bespoke arrangements that captured the essence of summer, it’s been a joy to bring so many floral visions to life.

I’m truly grateful to every couple, client, and family who trusted me with their flowers this season - it’s always such an honour to be part of your special moments 🌸✨

Now, with autumn on the horizon, I’m so excited for the next chapter. Richer tones, seasonal textures, and cosy celebrations are just around the corner… and I can’t wait to see what’s in store. 🍂💛

A peek inside my workshop, my little piece of heaven in rural West Sussex. 💐

From elegant hand‑tied bouquets to artfully arranged designs, each creation is made with care and the personal touch that’s at the heart of everything I do. The smaller details matter just as much as the bigger picture - in fact, it’s those thoughtful, often unseen touches that set my work apart.

I’ve noticed a few new faces recently, so I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself. ✨

I’m Jessica – owner and head florist at Jessica Lila Florist, based in Ferring, West Sussex.

I launched the business in December 2017 after years of training and working as a florist in both London and Sussex. Taking the leap to start something of my own was a big step, but one I’m incredibly proud of.

My focus has always been on creating bespoke, seasonal floral designs paired with personal and expert service. I source flowers daily from Holland and love to support local Sussex growers wherever possible.

There’s something truly special about watching the seasons shift through the flowers that arrive each day. Whether it’s for a wedding, celebration, or heartfelt tribute, flowers have a unique way of expressing what words often can’t – and I feel privileged to help bring that to life through my work.
