🌿 HOW was this 9 years ago today?! 🌿
It honestly doesn’t seem possible....
Nine years ago, our Garden was simply a lawn, a very lovely, very green lawn, with a vision of what it could become. 💚
Under the design of Juliet Sargeant the drawings became a real garden. The idea was to create something a little different: a beautiful open-air ceremony space, with a wooden bandstand designed especially for couples who dreamed of saying “I do” outside.
Over the years, the planting has matured, the trees and borders have filled out and the Garden has become one of the most beautiful and much-loved parts of Field Place.
And that little wooden bandstand? It has witnessed hundreds of incredible moments.
Legal wedding ceremonies with the registrars, wonderfully personal celebrant-led ceremonies with our Amanda, vow renewals, naming ceremonies, celebrations of life, and so many stories in between.
Every year the Garden seems to become more beautiful, and when we look back at where it all began just under a decade ago, the transformation is quite incredible.
