The generosity has been wonderful from the local and school community. We are still collecting plants and good quality toy bric a brac for our stalls. (There is a pink crate for donations outside of school reception during school hours) Come along to the Fair next Saturday 28th. There will be Match Fit penalty shoot outs, a bouncy castle and STEM workshops. The raffle has so many prizes, with the top prize being a Brand New just realeased Nintendo Switch 2.

Wedding season is getting blurred with the inability to depend on the British weather and the rise of micro weddings. I for example had a micro wedding and got married in November. It brings with it the opportunity to be different, step away from the norm and be more creative. We are working on weddings the whole way through the year now and our socials will reflect this. We often have the privilege of being a part of a couple's extremely special day and the novelty never wears off. On Saturday we provided an intimate three course wedding breakfast in our client's own home for close friends and family. As always we follow a client's requests and E&T can provide everything needed or use personally provided crockery, equipment, glassware and linen. Here is Saturday's menu.
Starter - Lightly spiced Prawns, crisp Gem Lettuce, Thousand Island & Cucumber
Main- Braised Lamb Breast, Confit Potato, Summer Beans, Preserved Lemon & Mint
Dessert - Whipped Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Toasted Oats Chocolate & Honeycomb Crunch.
