📝 Top Tips for a Strong Application

Applying for the 2027 NDA group graduate programme? Here are a few things to keep in mind when completing your application with us:

1️⃣ Be Yourself - We’re not looking for perfection. We want to see your potential, your values and your motivation for joining a mission-led organisation.

2️⃣ Highlight Your Skills - You don’t need nuclear experience. Focus on your transferable skills—problem solving, communication, teamwork, leadership and adaptability.

3️⃣ Show You’ve Done Your Homework - Learn about the NDA, our group companies and our national mission. Demonstrating that knowledge shows commitment.

4️⃣ Use Real Examples - When answering questions or writing your statement, draw from university, work or life experience to show how you think and act.

5️⃣ Write Authentically - Avoid relying heavily on AI tools. We want to hear your voice, your thinking and your genuine motivations. A strong application reflects who you are, not what an algorithm thinks you should say.

6️⃣ Apply Early - Don’t leave it to the last minute. Applications are open now, and demand is high.
