About Fellcraft: Stage & Story Drama Workshops Fellcraft: Stage & Story Drama Workshops is a professional drama training company based in West Cumbria and the Lake District, dedicated to building strong foundations in young performers through high-quality theatre education, creative exploration, and practical stagecraft skills. Founded and run by theatre practitioner Millie Hardy-Sims, Fellcraft draws on over fifteen years of experience working with children and young people in drama, performance, and youth theatre. Our workshops combine performance training with storytelling, creativity, confidence-building, and teamwork, helping young people develop both as performers and as individuals. Millie is Arts Award Bronze trained and has extensive experience supporting students studying Drama and Theatre at both GCSE and A Level. As a tutor, she helps young people develop performance skills, explore theatrical practitioners, strengthen written analysis, and build confidence in preparation for examinations, coursework, and auditions. This educational experience informs Fellcraft's approach, ensuring that workshops balance creativity with strong technical and performance foundations. At Fellcraft, we believe that great theatre begins with strong foundations. Through engaging workshops, productions, and creative projects, participants learn acting, voice, movement, character development, devising, stagecraft, and theatrical storytelling in a supportive and inspiring environment. Rooted in the landscapes, communities, and stories of Cumbria, Fellcraft encourages imagination, curiosity, and a lifelong love of the arts.
