◼ We are designing and building an exceptional physical stand for the show in May.
◼ In addition to the physical stand, we are creating a digital twin which K**A can continue to use to generate inquiries after the show.
◼ Together with our partner, DMA Europa , we are supporting K**A with graphics and social media services before and throughout the event.

Show off your highlight projects! 🌟

Virtual venues offer infinite options and opportunities to share the best of the best in your portfolio.

👉 Timeline Wall: Create a timeline wall within the virtual venue, showcasing the evolution of projects over time.

👉 Industry Zones: Designate thematic zones within the virtual venue, each focusing on a specific industry, product type, or service area.

👉 Project Showcase Theatre: The central feature of the virtual auditorium is a large projection screen at the front, surrounded by rows of virtual seats. Instead of a traditional stage, the screen serves as the focal point for showcasing highlight project videos.

We recently created this 3D animation of Weidmüller Germany coupler!

It’s all about the touch screen display! 📱

Hurtigruten needed a visually engaging, touchscreen experience to promote its expeditions and cruises at exhibitions. The content was displayed across four in-built 55” touchscreens and four iPads featured on the Hurtigruten stand as part of the Sustainability Show:

👉 At Hurtigruten’s request, the V-Ex development team built and implemented a ‘portrait mode’ update along with customisable hotspot sizing.
👉 500 pieces of content, including custom-creating pages for Itineraries, Excursions etc. were uploaded!
👉 The display featured beautiful graphics designed as a team effort by our graphics and 3D teams.

A virtual campus 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

The University of Leicester School of Business required a unique way of making the campus more accessible, particularly to international distance-learning students.

The V-Ex team went on-site and executed an in-depth site visit.
From the hundreds of reference images, the 3D design team worked tirelessly to produce 10 realistic 3D University of Leicester environments.
These were close to perfect representations of the real spaces, including how they were built into navigation, allowing students to visit the campus virtually.

A chemical recycling plant for textiles is coming alive! 🏭

Working together with our Marketing + Technologies Group partner company DMA Europa , for Worn Again Technologies, we embraced an innovative approach by utilising augmented reality (AR) to conduct a series of exclusive "Boutique Tours" for a select group of investors.

👉 Upon arrival, to give guests the atmosphere of a working factory, they were equipped with safety gear and introduced to the main factory floor using tablets.

👉 These devices featured a custom AR app that allowed users to view life-size, interactive 3D models of key processing equipment where the physical units will be located across the recycling line.

👉 Content hotspots offered detailed insights into specific stages of the production and recycling process.

This immersive event, held in collaboration with Sulzer Chemtech, provided a unique, engaging way to showcase the factory's potential and components before its operational launch.

There are over 800 live 3D environments currently hosted on the V-Ex platform!

These range from universities to exhibition centres and machine showrooms to power stations - combined they receive millions of visits every year.

The UK company that produces the Digital Twin virtual environments and runs live events from them - V-Ex has now teamed-up with Net Zero Carbon Consultants, Go Green Experts Ltd to certify low-carbon online events.

Virtual showrooms: Bigger on the inside! ✨

One of the many benefits of virtual showrooms is that you can ignore the laws of physics and show any product, solution, or environment.

The CC-Link Partner Association’s family of open automation networks, for example, can be found in different factories and applications. The CLPA’s Virtual Presence allows visitors to explore these environments (such as an automotive production line!), browse the latest products and download valuable literature.
