Hi 👋 I’m Cat!

If you’ve landed here and we haven’t met, here’s the short version. Eventuelle is a corporate travel and events agency based in Worcestershire, working with clients across the UK and beyond. We plan and deliver group incentives, conferences, meetings and bespoke experiences, and we handle the travel that goes with them. Flights, hotels, venues, transfers, the lot.

The idea behind the business is simple. Most companies don’t want to juggle a travel agent, a venue finder and an events team separately. They want one person who understands the whole picture and quietly gets it done. That’s what we do.

I started Eventuelle in 2023 after 18 years working on events like the Commonwealth Games, the Paris Olympics, London 2012 and Formula 1. Going out on my own after that long in big organisations was a leap, and there were plenty of moments early on when I wondered whether I’d got it right. Three years later, we’re heading into a full Q4 with events across the UK and Europe, and I’m proud of how far that leap has taken us.

The thing I’m proudest of, though, isn’t a destination or a venue. It’s the way our clients work with us. The best relationships we have are the ones where we’re treated as a real extension of the team, trusted with the whole picture rather than handed a task list. That trust is what lets us do our best work, and it’s the part of this job I’d never want to give up.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing venue and destination spotlights, honest advice on planning corporate events and group travel, and the odd story from behind the scenes. If you’ve got an incentive trip, a conference or a team event on the horizon and want a second opinion, my inbox is always open.

Our clients had a fantastic team building afternoon yesterday Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde in Roskilde just outside of Copenhagen 🇩🇰 We had the perfect weather for some sailing on the fjord and some fun Viking games on the lawn ☀️

From Rome straight to Copenhagen to welcome 45 delegates to this beautiful city for a 4 day event 🇩🇰

✈️ Flights Co-ordinated from all over the world
🏨 Staying at the lovely Scandic Hotels
🥘Dinners at lots of different resturants including Soho House & Co
⛵️Viking ship and Viking games for a fun afternoon

Thank god the sun came out for this one, the last event we did with this client in Lisbon we had a storm for 5 days 🤦🏼‍♀️ You can manage most things, but the weather is always out of your control ☀️

Looking forward to working with this client as an extension of their team and delivering a successful event ✔️

Then I’m off the Venice for the next one….

Wow… 600 people, 5 hotels, 1 incredible weekend in Italy. We’ve really enjoyed working with these hotels over the past 6 months to bring this event to life in Rome.

We researched and sourced 5 excellent hotels for our group this weekend - each one so accommodating and friendly, it’s been a real pleasure working with them.

Thank you to my team Claire Zachar, Rebecca Mottram ✈️ and my right hand lady Natalie Wells for making this happen!!
