I love the process of packaging the scripts after the ceremony. I try to leave time in between so couples get the surprise, and hopefully enjoyment!!, of looking back at the memories once they’re out of the wedding stage.

It’s also a lovely opportunity for me to look back and reflect on the amazing couples I’ve worked with and remember their stories. The choices people make for the ceremonies tells you so much about who they are and what they value. I’ve been lucky to be chosen by some incredible people.

There is only that moment, and the incredible certainty that everything under the sun has been written by one hand only. It is the hand that evokes love, and creates a twin soul for every person in the world. Without such love, one’s dreams would have no meaning.

I love it when guests introduce me to new readings that resonate with them. Not only beautiful words, but it tells you so much about who they are as people.

This was short but beautiful and fitted the lovely couple perfectly. Always choose what instinctively feels right for you!

After a long social media break on here, and lots of big life changes, now feels like a great time to jump back in time for my 2025 wedding season to begin. I’m so excited to begin work on crafting some beautiful ceremonies for some amazing couples.

What a stunning day and ceremony to end my wedding season on. I and K
were one of those couples where I just knew the ceremony would be special from the moment we met. It’s been so enjoyable to work together to craft something so meaningful to them both. I took the tears from guests as a good sign 😁

I just had a few blissful hours of ceremony writing in my local library. Today I’ve been putting the finishing touches to a couple’s story who have travelled the world together and are choosing Worcestershire for its central location to their English and Welsh families.
I actually can’t wait for the patriotic singalong! 🎶

Finished my day job and started half term with blue skies as I head to my first in-person planning meeting for 2023. I’m so lucky to be working with some lovely couples in the year ahead and getting to hear more about their stories is one of my absolute favourite things.
This evening there is a couple back from a New Zealand adventure, stopping off in Worcestershire to taste all their wedding food ❤️

I’ve had a lovely evening preparing and personalising the latest lot of ceremony scripts, now ready to make their way to the couples whose stories they tell.
I love looking back and remembering the funny and joyful moments and also the moments that tell the truth and celebrate the challenges that people have overcome. Celebrancy has introduced me to some truly incredible people and hearing and telling their stories firsthand is such a privilege and opportunity to learn
