This morning could not have been more disastrous 😳

With an event booked in and all the pork cooking, the van decided it didn't want to play ball! Rang round for a hire van... too short notice to get one! Cried a few tears! Thought about cancelling! Got myself together and pulled it out the bag anyway!

I do not know how I've done it but with the help of my sister we still arrived and catered the event with a whole lot of compliments (just minus the actual hogroast machine on sight).

Started the season with a bang clearly 😂

2026 is officially here and it’s a HUGE one here as it marks my first official year in business as the new owner of the Spit and Grill 🎉

I’m so excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to be catering all of your celebrations this year! From birthdays, weddings and private parties to corporate events and everything in between.
There’s still plenty of availability throughout 2026, so if you’re planning an event and want stress-free, crowd-pleasing food, now’s the perfect time to get booked in.
