Little Guests Wedding Childcare Childcare at Wedding Experts !! Our team are experienced with children of all ages including newborn, providing group and 1 to 1 care as required.

The service we offer engages the children, channeling the energy and excitement built up by the occasion giving the wedding party and their guests the peace of mind needed to enjoy the day. We discuss the requirements of the day with our clients, tailoring the service to the needs of not only the children but the parents and the facility. We provide qualified and experienced carers in a ratio that

exceeds the requirements outlined by Ofsted to ensure that the children are safe and receive the best in care and attention. The ages and gender of the children and the venue determine the equipment that we bring; we can create baby areas full of toys and comfy floor area, small tables and chairs with environmentally friendly arts and crafts for those who feel creative, fancy dress rails, traditional toys and games such as pass the parcel and musical chairs are encouraged. We also have options for some more advanced toys to keep the older children entertained. If required when, where and how the children are cared for during meal times can be discussed, our equipment means that if required the children can remain in the creche to enjoy all or part of the main food service or a dedicated meal/buffet if this is being provided. The minimum duration for the service is 3 hours, extended care can be prearranged or requested on the day if celebrations continue longer than expected, babysitters can also be arranged if required. 🌟 Little Guests Child Care 🌟

Yesterday, we had the absolute pleasure of caring for a lovely family from America!
After traveling for 2.5 weeks with their three-year-old and adorable nine-month-old twins, they took the opportunity for a well-deserved break.

While Mum and Dad enjoyed a meal in Cheltenham, we filled the day with crafting, playing, and tea time. The kids had a fabulous time, and we loved every moment spent with them!

We’re excited to see this wonderful family next week for another special occasion – a wedding! Continuity is key for us, and we can’t wait to bring the same Nannies and caring approach to their time with us.

We can’t wait to see our little guests again! 💖

“Little Guests came as a trusted recommended supplier by our venue, my son Louie who is 3 is autistic and non-verbal, Louie can find most outings overwhelming and so we were nervous about how he might cope on our wedding day but equally the day wouldn’t not feel right if he wasn’t part of it. We were given the wonderful Louise who Louie bonded with instantly, Louise ensured that Louie was part of the day spending time with family, being in photos and playing with his cousins and brother in the open gardens when Louie found parts of the day overwhelming Louise set him up a fun safe space in our bridal suite where he could play and feel calm. Louie ate all of his meals with Louise and she even managed to have him fast asleep by 8pm which is very rare for my night owl! Louise set us up a WhatsApp group where she sent us updates and photos of Louie when he was away from us, Louie had the best day with Louise and myself and his dad had the best wedding day with the peace of mind that someone had eyes on Louie at all times and that he was having so much fun and felt calm from start to finish. I would recommend little guests and especially Louise to anyone it was the most wonderful service”

“We had the absolute pleasure of having Louise as Teddy’s nanny on our wedding day, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we met her, we instantly got such a lovely vibe – she is calm, super friendly, and so well presented. Teddy absolutely adores her, and it was so thoughtful that she even brought toys along to keep him happy and entertained.

As parents who had never left Teddy with anyone before, we were understandably nervous, but Louise instantly put us at ease. She kept me calm throughout the day, and I had complete confidence that Teddy was in the very best hands.

✨ What a beautiful wedding day at Hyde House yesterday for a relaxed Sunday Wedding celebration.
While the Brides’s little girl wasn’t feeling her best, our dedicated WhatsApp group ensured everyone stayed informed and on the same page about any needs ; Calpol or nap times logged for the children’s safety and comfort.

Our Little Guests enjoyed 20 minutes in the wedding breakfast before finishing off her meal in a quieter space with Louise.

This is exactly why having a wedding nanny makes such a difference! Children can enjoy the day at their own pace, dipping in and out as they feel comfortable. It helps create a relaxing atmosphere for everyone, ensuring the day is special for guests of all ages. 💖

Sarah, the owner of Cicciona’s has worked with children for over 20 years, mainly as a Nanny - in the UK and abroad and also in childcare settings. And from 2005 Mum to three boys

Over the years she has found her passion is with the family as a whole; meeting siblings, parents, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, cousins. Seeing the whole family come together for a celebration is wonderful.
