Our talented head chef Ian invited some lovely locals to the Dower House for the opportunity to showcase some of his dishes. A massive thank you to all who joined us last night - we loved having you with us and appreciate your feedback. We hope Ian made your taste buds tingle and you all had a really lovely time. Passionate about showcasing the very best of Lincolnshire’s local produce, Ian (our talented Head Chef) takes pride in sourcing ingredients from within a 30-mile radius wherever possible. Working closely with local farms, artisan producers and suppliers, he ensures that ethically raised meats, seasonal vegetables and fresh, high-quality ingredients take centre stage in each delicious dish.
