Its mesmerizing watching my handmade woodfired pizzas cooking at 350degrees.

Recently i tried a new wood that id been given, Hornbeam. Sadly it burns two quickly for my liking, so im sticking with Ash and Oak. I use the two types for flavour. Nothing beats a freshly made wood fired pizza!

Despite yesterday’s wild weather, we had an amazing time serving 53 freshly made wood-fired pizzas to wedding guests at Upper Barn in Ufford 🍕

A little tip if you're booking catering for a wedding or event: not all pizza ovens are created equal. High winds can cause issues for gas-fired ovens, but a traditional wood-fired oven keeps performing whatever the weather throws at it.

Bredfield Village Hall last night and i was so happy with how the service went 🧡

For 3 years in a row now, the village hall and i have put on this event for the villagers. All pizzas are pre ordered and paid for in advance and it works so well. We were even ahead of schedule in each time slot!

Thanks so all that came to this bar and pizza night. And thankyou to Kieran, my staff member, who was on form with his customer charisma 🙏

Wedding pizzas served up last night Suffolk Barn for the happy couple.

Was quite chilly when i got home at 12am, but thankful it wasnt too hot during the service 🍕🧡🙏

A throw back to 2years ago when we catered at this private festival and cooked 100 of our smaller sized pizzas 🤩

I remember the sweat poured down my back as it was 26degrees outside and obviously my oven was going at 350degrees!

Great event, espechially as my very close friend Georgia was working with me 😘
