What an amazing party yesterday at Chapel Barn Estate Wilderness Reserve

Joe & Sophie got married on Friday in Woodbridge and hired the barn to hold their reception party for the weekend. Fantastic idea for those looking for

We were hired for 60 pizzas and our bar tender service, along with 'keep the place clean/tidy' service as i like to call it.

A big shout out to my staff:

Hannah - new to R&H Pizza Bar as of yesterday! She worked with me on the pizzas and then jumped onto the bar for a while. She will be back 🧡

Kieran - now part of the furniture at R&H! Joking... he is a fantastic bar man and had his own little fan club going on! 🤩

Me... i had such a good time. I arrived at the venue at 11.20am and left at 11pm. I was so excited to work on the bar as i dont often get to do this as im always cooking pizzas it would seem! I even loved keeping the place clean and tidy too. So many lovely comments about my handmade dough 🍕

Rambling on... thanks so much to everyone from yesterday 🧡🍾

Happy honeymoon

Just collected some lovely oak from a local tree guy. Its ready to go into the log store for seasoning, and will be ready to use next year. Always got to plan ahead 🔥🧡

I use Ash and Oak for flavour, that crispy bottom and beautiful crust.

The oven has to be sitting at 350dgrees to enable us to freshly cook 2 pizzas at a time very quickly. Each pair takes about 60seconds!

Everyone raves about my handmade dough, and having done this now for nearly 3years... i must be doing something right 😍

Secret Meadows last night for Nina's 50th Birthday. What a great idea to hire the whole site and have us to cook up some fresh wood fired pizzas! 39 in total for friends and the family.

We were so busy, we didnt take any photos at all, apart from silly ones at the end of me about to have my own pizza - pepperoni, goats cheese, cheddar, jalapenos and onion... with fresh basil! Gorgeous 🧡
