Peony Season is almost over! Goes so quickly... 🌸

The Garden Party is here, but not for long.

This one's everything we love about the season, gathered into one armful. Blousy peonies, garden roses, soft lisianthus and trailing eucalyptus, all in those dreamy pastel tones that look freshly picked from an English country garden.

Wedding Season... part 1

Meet Aimee and Jack, married on the most beautiful day at Swallowfield Barn (how gorgeous are these two?!).

Blush and cream roses for romance, sunshine yellow button chrysanthemums for that pop of joy, and clouds of forget-me-nots threaded all the way through for a touch of something blue. Lisianthus, freesia and golden solidago softened every edge, while little lilac globe amaranth added the finishing detail.

The whole look was loose, garden-gathered and full of movement, the kind of bouquet that feels picked that morning rather than arranged.
Paired with those gorgeous butter-yellow bridesmaid gowns, the whole party glowed with the couple's impeccable taste.

Aimee and Jack, thank you for trusting us with your flowers on a day that mattered so much. It was an absolute joy from the first conversation to that final petal. 🥰

Happy Weekend Gang!

It's officially wedding season, and we couldn't be more ready for it 💍

Over the next couple of weeks we're pulling back the curtain on one of our favourite parts of what we do (we've collaborated on a few sneaky posts already as you may have seen). 😉

From the early mornings spent conditioning every stem, to Bobby quietly working her magic as each bouquet comes together, to that moment a bride sees her flowers for the very first time.

There's something so special about being trusted with a day this big. Every bloom is chosen with care, every arrangement made to feel like you.

A little reminder that she's still here. 🌸

The Garden Party, our feature peony bouquet for the season has been quietly leaving the studio. Soft blush Sarah Bernhardt and creamy Duchesse de Nemours peonies, gathered with garden roses, lisianthus, and the gentlest foliage.

Peonies have a way of stealing every room they're placed in. Tight little buds when they arrive, then slowly, beautifully, opening into something twice their size over the next few days. Few flowers give you that kind of show.

But the season is short. A few more weeks and the peonies will be gone until next summer.

Happy Friday Gang - what a scorcher it's been this week!

Here's a little look at the week at Niche. 🌸

Pink has had its moment this week, every shade of it. Soft blushes, warm corals, deep magentas. There's something about this time of year that makes people reach for pink, and we're not complaining.
A few birthdays, an anniversary, and a couple of just because bouquets (which are quietly some of our favourites to make, there's something lovely about flowers sent for no reason at all).

A bright, joyful hand-tied with peonies, lilies, and veronica full of personality and ready for a birthday.

Happy Thursday Gang...

As you know we love a Peony and there's a particular kind of morning in early summer when the garden feels like it's holding its breath. The peonies, tight little fists for weeks, finally begin to loosen and then, almost overnight, they unfurl into something extraordinary. 🌸

That fleeting moment is what The Garden Party was made to capture. Hand-arranged by yours truly, she brings together soft blush Sarah Bernhardt and creamy Duchesse de Nemours peonies two of the most romantic varieties ever grown gathered with garden roses, ruffled lisianthus, and the gentlest foliage.

Set her on a kitchen table and watch over the next few days as each bloom opens wider, fuller, more generous. It's a little bit of magic, unfolding in real time.

Sadly peonies keep their own calendar. They give us just a few short weeks each year, and then they're gone until next summer.

So this is a season to say yes to. To bring a little of that early-summer garden indoors while you can.

🤍 Sensitive Post 🤍

For a little girl who would have been nine this year. 🤍

Soft pinks, gentle whites, and the kind of blooms that feel like a hug, chosen with so much love by a family who carries her with them every single day.

There are some arrangements that ask a little more of us. Not in the making, but in the meaning. A birthday tribute is one of them. It is the quietest, deepest honour to be trusted with flowers for a day that is still marked, still remembered, still celebrated even when the shape of the celebration has changed.

Because love doesn't stop at a final birthday. The candles are still counted. The age is still spoken. The little girl she was, and the young woman she would have been growing into, are held just as closely as ever.

To her family thank you for trusting us with something so precious.
We hope these flowers sit gently alongside all the love you poured into her day. 🕊️🌸

Happy Friday Niche Flowers Family...

A proper afternoon at Bobby's last weekend.. Kettle on, the good china out, sandwiches cut into triangles, and a table full of the people she loves most. 🌸

Of course, no gathering at Bobby's would be complete without flowers, and these peonies absolutely stole the show. Pastel pinks, soft corals, a touch of cream, the kind of arrangement that doesn't shout for attention but quietly draws every eye in the room.

Guests leaning in to breathe them in, phones coming out to capture them, conversations pausing mid-sentence just to admire.

There's something about peonies in full bloom that feels like summer has properly arrived. Warm afternoons, full hearts, the people you love around a table and a few stems on display to mark the moment.

These are the days we live for... along with a good cuppa of course! 😉
