A party with purpose 🎈

For the recent Changemakers Celebration for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity our production team created an experience filled with atmosphere and energy from the moment guests arrived.

Because when an event has purpose, every detail matters.

The Berry Productions team delivered:

🎤 PA & wireless microphone solution allowing the band to be heard no matter where they roamed. ✨ Drapes & projections to subtly bring the brand identity into the room 🎧 House DJ to shape the energy of the night 🪩 Mirrorball chandelier for a statement centrepiece 📺 Video production & impactful portrait screens to bring content to life 📸 Impact wall & red carpet arrival to create a strong first impression 🔌 Power distribution & generator support to keep everything running seamlessly 💡 Fully programmed lighting, festoon & architectural lighting to completely transform the space after dark

But one of our favourite creative decisions?
No traditional dancefloor.

Instead, entertainment lived in the room. Through wireless solutions and carefully designed flow, the celebration could happen anywhere and everywhere creating an atmosphere where guests felt part of the experience, not just watching it from the sidelines.

The result?
An evening with momentum, wow moments and an energy designed to stay with people long after the event ended.

We can’t wait to see what we can create next with the Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity team.

From the big picture to the smallest detail, she brings ideas to life in ways that create unforgettable experiences.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find Katie hanging upside down on an aerial hoop or enjoying a slower Sunday spent reading and baking.
