For those of you who know me, you’ll be aware that I’m very hands-on and absolutely love what I do with a real passion.

Today was a particularly interesting day. With many of the team spread all over the place and others in the workshop preparing for upcoming events, I decided to step up and get stuck in.

I saw my back garden at 4:10am on a Saturday morning for the first time ever, headed off to Anglesey for a festival de-rig, then came straight back to help finish event preparations.

We finally wrapped up at 2:45pm this afternoon.

And here’s the important question…

Who do I send the invoice to for the overtime, unsocial hours, mileage and expenses? 😆

In all seriousness, a huge thank you to every member of the team who went above and beyond today. It’s days like these that remind me why I’m so proud of what we’ve built together.
