📢 NEXT OAKENGATES FAMILY FUN DAY – THIS SATURDAY 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 😆

It was an action-packed family fun day in Oakengates on Saturday......and there’s another one to come this weekend.

Organised through Telford & Wrekin Council's Pride in Our High Street programme, sponsored by Morris Property and supported by Oakengates Town Council, come along and join the fun.

Saturday 15 August (10am-3pm)

On the day you can enjoy:
➡️ Dancing grannies (12pm-1.30pm) 💃🏽
➡️ Face painters 🤡
➡️ Bouncy castles 🏰
➡️ Mascots 🐻
➡️ Chalk artists. ✏️

On Saturday we launched the Children’s Fun Activity Trail which runs until Saturday 15 August - with more than 70 people signing up so far. 🚶🏿‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️

Trail forms are available from Oakengates Library on Limes Walk (during library opening times) all this week and you can take part in a trail around the shops looking for clues to find the secret answers.

Return your completed form to the library and children can choose one gift from a range of prizes. ⭐

Come along for an action-packed fun day on Saturday and see what Oakengates has to offer.

And don’t forget to support the businesses on your local high street and shop local. 🛍️ 🛒

#🎉 I haven't posted much lately as we've been extremely busy

But ... We've had an absolute blast this weekend at events and parties

What a fantastic free family fun day! ☀️🎉

From face painting and balloon modelling to bouncy castles, Mascots and the ever-popular dancing grannies, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
