I think most floral designers would agree...🤷🏿‍♀️

It's always the colours and styles we're least familiar with that end up becoming our favourites. Pushing boundaries, taking bold risks, and stepping outside our comfort zones, that’s what challenges us and, more often than not, leads to our best work.

It’s a reminder that we’re not just arranging flowers; we’re creating floral art, and that’s what makes what we do so incredible🌷❤

A few years back, I was itching to design something bold and vibrant, basically, a full-on monochromatic colour statement!

Funny enough, when I first started in the industry, I was all about soft pastels and couldn’t stand deep, rich tones. But over time, I realised that it’s always about the story first. The colours, the style, all those details just help bring the vision to life.

As a floral designer, it’s been a huge lesson for me: embracing colour instead of shying away from it. Every flower has a place, it’s just about finding the right setting to let it shine.🌷💖
