The Botley Hill Wedding Team 🤍
A little reintroduction to the faces behind the weddings and events at The Barn at Botley Hill, Carla, Lily and Kate (and Rachel!)

We're the team behind the emails, meetings, planning, last-minute questions and little details, making sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Our aim is simple, to be there when you need us, to know the details inside out and to make sure our couples feel looked after every step of the way.

We're lucky to have such a brilliant team, and particularly proud of the continuity within it. Kate has been at The Barn since soon after it opened in 2019, Rachel and Lily since summer 2021 and Carla joined us just over a year ago. Between us we have nearly two decades of experience running events at Botley Hill.

Rachel is currently working remotely while pursuing an adventure in Australia, so you might not see her face quite as much but you'll still have her expertise at the end of an email (even if it arrives at an odd time of day!)

We're look forward to celebrating with all our upcoming couples and, as always, if we can help in any way, please just let us know! 🤍

The Botley Hill Farmhouse Accommodation 🏡
Renovations have been completed on four beautifully appointed bedrooms in The Farmhouse next door. ✨
Each room offers double occupancy and en-suite, with individual charm and details. Stay includes a delicious breakfast in the Farmhouse downstairs. ☕

These wonderful rooms add to the existing on-site Shepherd's Hut accommodation meaning even more people can stay onsite after celebrating at The Barn at Botley Hill.
