Honestly... we still can't quite believe we're writing this.
We have officially been crowned Best Surrey Florist in the awards 🌸

What started as a love of flowers has grown into something beyond our wildest dreams, and today we're feeling incredibly proud, grateful and a little emotional.

To every customer who has trusted us with their weddings, celebrations, farewells, birthdays and "just because" bouquets... thank you. To everyone who voted, shared, recommended and supported us along the way... this award is as much yours as it is ours.

Behind every bouquet is an early start, a lot of hard work, endless creativity and a genuine passion for what we do. To be recognised as Surrey's Best Florist is the most amazing feeling.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Welcome to the barn, where an afternoon of flowers turns into something special 🌿

We were lucky enough to host Mariusz from the Sogetsu Ikebana School, who walked everyone through the art of Japanese flower arranging. Watching people slow right down, hands in the stems with nowhere to rush off to, is exactly why we do this.

And this is only the start. We’ve got loads more experiences and events coming up, so keep an eye on this page 🌸

I’m Kate, and I can’t wait to tell you about the Floral Harmony Experience at Lily and Myrtle. You don’t need any floristry experience at all. Just turn up to a bench full of seasonal blooms and give yourself a couple of slow, happy hours making something beautiful to take home.

Hey - we're Kate & Jo! 👋🏼

Kate has been in floristry since a young age, even owning her own flower shop at just 18. She's an incredibly talented florist and loves sharing her knowledge through teaching.

Jo found her passion for floristry later in life and loves all things weddings and events, helping bring beautiful floral visions to life.

Together, we run Lily & Myrtle Flower School in Mayford, just off Saunders Lane, and we've recently opened our - where you can grab a coffee and pick up a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers while you're here. ☕💐

From bouquets and weddings to contract flowers and workshops, we do it all!

I genuinely cannot tell you how good it is that Mariusz is coming to our flower barn. One Saturday only. 13 June 🌸

Ikebana is the Japanese art of arranging three stems with a lot of negative space. Restraint, balance, what you leave out.

Mariusz Cwik is a Chelsea Flower Show medallist and a qualified Ikebana Sensei from McQueens (London).

Two hours of guided tuition. All your stems, vessels, and tools. A sculptural piece made by your own hands. A Japanese-inspired floral buffet from the chefs at Clauds. £75 a seat💐

Three sessions to pick from: 10.30am to 12.30pm 1.30pm to 3.30pm 4.30pm to 6.30pm
