One of the many skills required by an event florist is to be happy up a ladder! It was very windy that day so we had to strap down the flowers to stop them from swinging for this outdoor ceremony . I was happy to see them still up and looking good the following day too.

Setting up for Mina and Mo on Monday for their Persian wedding . What a delightful couple to work with and I was so pleased the weather was still lovely for them. Congratulations to them both.

It so makes my day when you receive a lovely review, thanks so much Lauren. Big thanks to Jon for the stunning photos too.

Everything we hoped for and more
We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding flowers, they were absolutely perfect and exactly what I had hoped for. Everything tied together so beautifully and really brought the whole day to life. Rosie also provided the candles for our tables which pulled the look together even more!

Rosie was also incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, taking our budget into account and giving honest, experience advice on where it was worth spending a little extra and where we could save money and still have a similar look.

One of our guests took some of the leftover flowers home, and his mum loved them so much that she’s asked us for the names of the flowers because she wants to buy more herself - which says it all really!

We’d highly recommend Rosie to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful and experienced florist!

With a very heavy heart we said goodbye to our special boy Hamish on Good Friday. A peaceful end in his basket thanks to Fred Lambert. He was a dog who loved everybody human and animals, he was gentle and a great hunter of golf balls! He loved his holidays in Scotland, his feline friend Fergus, tennis balls, treats, and his early morning walks with his dad. He loved water, Christmas and sitting behind me on the chair being a large cushion. He was an angel in the car and never chose to bark. He loved to greet everyone who arrived at our house especially my brides and their families who obviously had come to see him. He was a more reluctant model of headdresses but would keep me company in my workroom and loved to ride shotgun in the front of my van when he was a puppy. He was healing towards my grieving clients too. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. May his spirit run free across the fields and hopefully reunited with Fergus for company.

First wedding back at the stunning for Lauren and Paolo on Saturday. Lauren loves lilacs so I mixed these in with other soft spring colours which matched in beautifully with the table layout.

Can’t wait to see the professional photos and film from my lovely friends ,which will be so much better than my last dash around venue! So lovely to work with Joe too from and looking forward to working with them in the summer.

So fabulous to be back at this stunning venue and to see all their new alterations. I felt honoured to be doing their first wedding on the reopening of this beautiful venue.
