I was going to post some holiday pictures but I just can't. My heart is broken today. I will not witness this massacre of families and children in P@lestine and not comment. I won't be a bystander. What is happening in the world that we are all not on the streets right now in protest at the complicity of our government in gen0cide? Just do something today. Post, witness, write, talk, shout, protest.

Elderflower cordial by me, bracelet by Rose 🌸🌼

The elderflower is out in full bloom in Surrey, I've been foraging lots in the last few weeks to make this delicious cordial, the taste of summer in a bottle and just in time for a few holiday Gin cocktails 🍸

Always use my trusty recipe from their preserves book, with the zest & juice of limes & lemons and citric acid to make it last.

Perfect for batch cooking sauces, stews, curries, dal and much more, this weekend it's this tasty Mushroom, lentil & walnut ragu. Yummy with pasta, finished with fresh oregano and Parmesan 🌱🍅🥣🧀🍄

Loving a bibimbap style rice bowl at the moment, spicy, sweet, crunchy, smoky, loads of veg, just what you need on a blustery cold night! 🌶🥣

Tonight's has lots of greens including plenty of foraged wild garlic with sesame oil, crispy marinated tofu, steamed rice with sesame and spring onions, kimchi of course and super spicy gochujang chilli sauce. If you want a good recipe to get you started check out in a few months back.
