Here's a typical example of the type of buffets I currently offer:

Basic buffet £65 feeds 25 people
1 x tray Pizza (24)
1 x tray Sausage rolls (80)
2 x trays sandwiches 3 fillings (64 triangles)
1 x tray sausages (60 cut in half)
1 x tray quiche (24)
2 tray selected ring doughnuts (24)
1 tray tortilla chips and salsa dip

OR

Cheese boards (basic £15)
Selection of crackers
6 small taster wedges of cheese including, Brie, Stilton, Red Leicester, Wensleydale with cranberries, cheddar, double Gloucester with spring onion and chive and a small pot of onion chutney all served on a wooden board with knife set.
(Boards and knife sets need to be returned or kept for price of £15)
