🌸 With Mother’s Day fast approaching, what have you got planned for the first woman who ever loved you? Why not share an afternoon tea platter from me? All handmade, finger sandwiches, cakes, scones, clotted cream and jam. Where ever your mums are, they will appreciate not only the thought of this, but you spending half an hour with them to share it.

I wouldn’t usually share something like this on my business page. But hearing it it hit me hard, and I’m sure that it will with a few of you. Christmas is a weird time for some, whilst we see all around us, people celebrating, some of us aren’t, 😔 some of us don’t have the picture perfect Christmas on its way, some have loved and lost, grieving and still crying. And some people appear to the outside world that they are happy and complete, they just aren’t.
I’ve just finished watching Black doves on netflix, I actually thought afterwards it hadn’t affected me at all, but here we are! and I saw the complex relationships that are built when we don’t know who we are as people, or where we stand in this world. This is the quote that is said in the final episode, and once you have watched all the episodes, I wonder if it will hit you guys as hard as it did me ❤️
