An initial telephone conversation to discuss what you are looking for, the date and venue and any initial questions you may have. A planning meeting to discuss in detail your requirements and to spend time talking about personal elements you would like included, readings, music, symbolic actions, room layout and order of ceremony. A follow up meeting if required, to ensure we have everything just right! Email and/or telephone correspondence leading up to the day and advice and suggestions on content, readings, poetry, and symbolic actions if required
