This monochrome cake was made to be bold, featuring statement fondant and hand-shaped rice paper sails, with textures that shift with the light.

Minimalism, but make it W I L D 🌿🍃

This design was all about contrast, with clean white tiers set against ivy and foliage, which were hand-arranged by me to wrap and wind their way around the cake in a helix shape.

This created movement, texture and drama, all without a single flower in sight. Displayed on a clear tier separator to give a floating effect, it’s proof that sometimes the boldest choices come from doing less, not more.

LUXURY you can DEVOUR 🖤

Want to try before you book? My cake tasting boxes are the perfect way to sample a curated selection of flavours, all baked fresh, packaged by hand, and available for collection or delivery.

You'll find six slices of distinctive wedding cake flavours, all wrapped up with one beautifully boxed experience.

The next release is set for Autumn 2025 (date TBC). Here’s what’s inside:

A wedding where pink stole the show, from the flowers and styling to the dress and, of course, the cake.

Cristina & Peter's design featured a clean, modern aesthetic to complement the floral-filled setting at . The top two tiers were finished in white with subtle texture and a pink marble base tier beneath... soft, sculptural and utterly romantic.

Fresh flowers arranged directly on the cake, paired with translucent and blush pink rice paper sails, added movement and detail without overwhelming the design. It was created to sit beautifully within the beautiful floral installation by .

As always, flavour mattered too. The top two tiers were rich chocolate sponge with a chocolate whisky ganache buttercream while the bottom tiers were fresh, zesty lemon and elderflower.

Clean. Modern. Romantic 🌸🍃💕

This wedding cake design was created for a recent styled shoot, perfectly balancing timeless touches with a modern edge. I used the shoot as an opportunity to explore the boundaries, playing with texture, structure and form across three tiers.

Each fold was individually hand-shaped to showcase soft movement within a strong and striking silhouette, along with a single ivory rose for a dash of romance.
