Timeless, personal, and perfectly theirs 🤍🌿
For Janna & Robbie’s wedding cake that I recently had the honour of making, the brief was clear: elegance that lasts. Janna fell in love with a pleated detail I’d created before, but also adored pearls, so we found the sweet spot between the two.
Classic, sculptural, and all white, with delicate silk roses and sprigs of eucalyptus to match the florals on the day. The pleated base added subtle depth and movement, while the all-white palette kept it refined and modern.
And the flavours were just as thoughtful, with the bottom tier offering guests a slice of zesty lemon sponge, the third tier was raspberry & white chocolate, the second tier was my signature chocolate sponge and the top tier was Biscoff - which the newlyweds kept for themselves! 🤫
