Delighted to share alongwith our dips & salad pots we're now stocking locally made Ferments from including Kimchi & Lemon & Dill Kraut !

We are OPEN as usual !
Had a chat with todays workmen & they are working quietly today on the 'poles' not the 'holes' so peace has resumed & despite the signs you can get through to us on Exeter Road & village square & all the other local businesses

Today we've got
🧊Iced Lattes with & without local Ice Cream

🥧Lovely pies with a fridge full of salady tapasy pots to choose from perfect for eating in or taking away

🌱Plants for your house & garden
🌸Its Peony season so we have loads of blooms as well to bring joy & beauty
💐Pick up a bunch of flowers by the door no need to wait !

Its Wednesday 27th May at 3pm
We have just decided to close early today.
Not because its hot but because the roadworks which started outside our shop yesterday have become unbearable now for our customers & unbearable for us to work.
As a small local business we are facing many pressures at the moment. This unexpected & noisey road closure during peak season for us is so unhelpful & we were not notified by BT who we understand the work is for - or by Devon County Council Highways who presumably knew Exeter Road in Winkleigh would be closed.
Lets hope for a smooth road surface tomorrow 🤞

We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused & hope we haven't missed your visit.
You can still order flowers or book tables for this week by emailing us [email protected] as i maybe in the garden....

We are FINALISTS in the again for Muddy Stilettos Devon
It looks like we are going to be pipped at the post by a Houseplant shop in Plymouth who don't sell flowers 🙈 but their shop does look very nice!

We had a visit from Denise Walks with Winnie on Dartmoor today who popped in with her lovely dog. Come & check out her book of dog walks on theres loads to try come rain or shine ! Which is just as well at the moment, sometimes you can see Dartmoor out the window & sometimes you cant !
Denise also runs walking classes on the moor & we recommend you give her a try Dartmoor Nordic Walking 🥾🥾see you for a cuppa when you need to warm up ☕️🍪☕️🍪🍰🌱
